Customize organization permissions

This page is only visible to users in the Owner role.

You can use this page to customize certain permissions for roles. For information about Label Studio Enterprise roles and default permissions, see User roles and permissions.

Note the following:

  • Permissions for the Owner role are not configurable.
  • You can use the options on this page to have a more fined-grained control on which roles can execute certain actions.
  • Any restrictions you configure will also apply to the API. For example, if you restrict Managers’ ability to configure cloud storage, they will not be able to complete those actions through the UI or the API.

Permissions that can be configured include the following:

Permissions for Annotators, Reviewers, and Managers are already restricted to projects that they created (if a Manager) or have explicitly been granted access to.

You can click Reset to Defaults to return all permissions to their default value.
